I love this! Even tho I am pretty much housebound and never go to parties;-) It is great advice for all around to be in control of our own reality and be mindful and aware in order to stick to our goals and achieve our dreams.
Pretty much from the week of Thanksgiving until mid January, you are going to be invited to functions, feasts, fiestas and festivities. So what does that mean? Food galore. Not just any food, the richest, most delectable, calorie containing foods you can find.
So, how do you partake fully in the festivities without getting way off of your regularly scheduled eating program? How do you have fun and still stay “Healthy for the Holidays”?
Get all of your favorites but in smaller quantities. When I am at a party, I know I am going to go back for seconds no matter what. If I don’t pile it on the first time, I’m doing minimal damage at best. I…

I really like this. I want to add too-that when things are rough it is important to pray in whatever way is natural to you, whether that is going to church/mosque,synagogue, or temple, or spending time in nature, or just sitting quietly for a few moments to remind yourself of the stillness and center that can so easily be lost in the hectic pace of life around the holidays. If you feel sad or lost, or overwhelmed, praying for help is often more effective than most people realize. If the stories about God that you were raised with don’t work for you, don’t worry-there are as many different ways to approach it as there are people-and whatever way feels natural and right to you IS fine to go with. Your intuition will lead you to that which will help you, and allow you to help others.
It was many years ago, but I remember it clearly today. I was going through a divorce and my then husband had the children while I relocated and started a new life in another city. The plan was to come back for the girls once I got a job and had a place to live for them.
I was not looking forward to that Thanksgiving Day and the entire holiday season. I was depressed and uncertain as to which way to go and what to do, being all alone. The day before Thanksgiving I found myself crying and alone in my mother’s apartment. I couldn’t talk to her or anyone else. “I’m an adult,” I thought to myself, “and I will act like one.” Yeah. Right…as the tears flowed.
That afternoon, I picked up a newspaper to look for a job and saw an ad looking for volunteers to help…

This is a good message, but even those who do not believe in Galactic help coming etc can contemplate that the ability to heal our world really is possible using things we already have-even without suppressed technology. All we need is for the destruction to stop, and then we can begin implementing many wonderful tools like the mycelium that eats the oil and then produces healthy mushrooms for food, or the application of nature’s own ways of healing with help form humans to speed them up. And for those who are open to things many consider silly or mythical, the elemental beings have long been healing the Earth and with us working WITH them instead of against them they can indeed create miracles. Look up Findhorn for great stories about the elemental beings healing and help, also Perelandra. Or if you have access just about any indigenous society has myths and stories of the same things, often including the instructions for how we can work with them. As far as “modern” people, Marko Pogacnik has been doing some of this work already especially in Europe and he has published multiple books about it.
So, imho, as wise as Matthew is, and as many useful things as he often shares, I think like anyone, he can only share what he is aware of and if he works with Galactic teams who do that sort of work he will surely think of that first, but it is not the only help, tool or solution we have.
We definitely do NOT have to patiently WAIT for anyone. Some of us have been actively doing the work for decades, those just waking up can jump in any time wherever they are-your intuition will lead you to your best tasks if you listen carefully. Never think your contribution is too small, anything can be the ripple of the butterfly’s wing that triggers the hurricane (ala the old chaos math cliche;-)
Plant a wildlife garden, pick up litter, sign a petition, pray, visualize, gather friends for larger projects like healing a local waterway-it’s all up to your own ideas and abilities, everything you can think of is probably needed;-)
Beautiful post! I think most people are naturally loving as long as they are not currently experiencing harsh treatment(ie checkpoints, lack of food, or missiles randomly falling for instance) they will naturally be kind to one another. It is easier to be loving and accepting when your own needs are met, you are fed and sheltered, not injured or ill-so let’s all pray for all on Earth to be healed and safe, sheltered, fed and loved so that we can all more easily grow together into the beautiful future we are working toward.
Thanksgiving is upon us. A day that Americans remember blessings and those who are no longer with us and…eat too much. This is also a time where we are watching a cease-fire between Hamas and Israel. There are celebrations in the Gaza Strip. What will make this a true cease-fire?
Arabs and Jews must live together in peace. Easy to say. Easy to say when you live across the world from the site of this continuing conflict. Are we each living in harmony with those in our own sphere? Do we show love to those who are different? Will we give thanks to The One for all the people and acquaintances within our spheres?
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and my message for this day, here and around the world, is to look at others and not see different skin color, language, nationality or spiritual path, but to see another child of…

As usual, I love Wes beautiful way of imagining and describing. While visualizing this, I had an unusual effect-for me I saw light rising from under the ground as well as coming downward, and a rainbow flash when they met in the middle that sort of rained rainbow fragments onto all the beings that stuck and stayed on them, radiating more light that seemed to be chasing little streamers of darkness out of the people and the land. The elemental beings of Earth have long been doing the work many lightworkers are doing now, and they are joyfully joining with us and all who are sending Love and Light from elsewhere. I think it must have been tiring for them doing so much for so many years while most of humanity was asleep and worse. As we have injured the land and the seas so have we caused harm to those who illuminate and animate them, but when we join with them to co-create healing it happens so much faster than I would have imagined possible. Despite “team dark”‘s continued attempts to drag all our energy down on Earth, this is such a beautiful time to be alive! We have so much to look forward to, even tho much work is yet to be done it will be joyful and loving work, like the pixies that dance to keep the world spinning;-)
I would like you to imagine and feel a landscape that has been brutalized with the energies of war and oppression for far too long. This is not meant to lower your vibrations, dear friends, but to rekindle awareness that such things are still going on in parts of the world that have been deeply-rooted in conflict. These lands were all once heavenly, mystical and serene but the actions of man have brought war to the forefront of the collective consciousness, as it was intended to be by the malevolent forces.
I do not wish to paint a bleak or desolate visualization but simply bring forth awareness that this is happening; again, not to bring our vibrations down but to get us to actively utilize our natural powers to anchor peace and Light onto this world. Many of us have come here for this very reason and there are areas…

Much thanks to Spartan of Truth for jumping in to keep us abreast of things when Jean is taking a break! Things are moving so fast now, it is sometimes hard to keep up. As always Dennis Kucinich is wise and eagle eyed at pointing out things that might otherwise be “swept under the rug”.
From Dennis Kuchinich…
How the House Defeated the Democratic Process “Unanimously”
WASHINGTON, D.C. (November 20, 2012) – On November 16, 2012, the United States House of Representatives passed a resolution, H.Res 813, expressing “vigorous support” and “unwavering commitment” to the State of Israel while bombs were being dropped on Gaza and missiles were launched toward Ashkelon. The resolution expresses the official opinion of the House of Representative. The resolution was passed “without objection.”
It is unusual that legislation addressing a topic of such importance would be brought up without giving members of Congress any prior notice. The bill was introduced at 12:04 pm. The resolution was “agreed without objection” by 12:05 pm.
“There was no notice, no committee hearing, no discussion and no debate. In such a fashion, we achieve unanimity on great matters related to the Middle East,” said Kucinich.
Concerning this abnormal set of circumstances and addressing…

Dear Ones, Dear Beings of Earth, Dear Children of Light, Dear Precious Holy Ones
You must know that in your heart is the key to peace, to holy resolution to all that is outside of you. Do not get caught up in news, media, gossip or fear in general. All those activities do not serve, and they are only based in lower energies of opinion, not fact. They are based in fear, not love and are not the truth of thy Creator.
What is playing out in the Holy lands is the completion of Holy in differences found before your awareness of even what is written in your Bible and sacred texts. These lands are tainted with old horrors of days gone by and now as Christed consciousness, the very essence of each of your cells, of all life, now flows at ever increasing intensities on…

Meyer Lemon trees are beautiful and so productive. They are easy to grow in pots for those who live in the colder regions, and here in Florida are one of the easiest, least demanding citrus to grow-they don’t take much space, look nice all the time and the lemons are sweeter and thinner skinned than the Persian Lemons you find in the grocery store.
With winter upon us, it’s time for citrus to take center stage as things like oranges, lemons and limes come into season. I was able to pick up some Meyer Lemons from Hollygrove Market and Farm in last weekend’s box.
So what did I do with them? I turned them into delicious Meyer Lemon Squares.
- Juice from 2 Meyer lemons
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plus 1 TBSP plus 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
- 4 eggs
- 2 TBSP grated Meyer lemon peels
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar in large bowl.
- Add butter and cut in until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Press crust into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Bake until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes).
- Remove from oven, but leave oven on 350.
- Beat sugar…
