Much gratitude to Jean for posting this! This really helps to make sense of things! Physically feeling bloody awful; tho that is not at all uncommon, the weird dislocated sense of flat despair and overwhelm, being unable to get balanced and peaceful with it IS uncommon. It makes perfect sense if there are magnetic field fluctuations tho since they can do that, even if you are feeling fine;-)
