Just like the facebook pages about Israel Loves Iran and Iran Loves Israel showed us, the PEOPLE are not as stupid, nor as bloodthirsty as our so called “leaders” seem to be. I so hope that man loses his election and all this sabre rattling din can start to quiet down soon.

Now if we can just find a way to convert drones to forest protection instead of bombing I think we’d be ahead of the curve;-)

Ruling Mahavidya: Matangi

Today prompts us to “avoid” or “escape” responsibilities or something we do not want to face, but we will be better off if we do it. It’s a day for taking care of details and catching up on things we’ve put off. If things have been piling up on you, you’ll experience relief just by tackling the pile. With Venus and Pluto squaring Uranus, unexpected things are developing within relationships. Uranus will bring changes, and they are often quite fast and surprising. Mercury is rapidy approaching the Sun for conjunction and causing our minds to be very active. Focus on what you appreciate. Tell people how you appreciate them. We’re still watching the behemoth sunspot and the possibility for X-class flares, which will certainly add emphasis to the energy.

Canada Beats US in race to become 3rd world nation first! Who knew the “race to the bottom” could be so blatant and competitive?

It is still pending adoption in Canada. Under the pact, foreign investors would be free of parochial regulation by national, provincial, and First Nation governments and in fact would be able to sue and recover “damages” to one investment/development scheme or another in Canadian courts.”

I just had a lot of discussion because I am too physically ill to participate in the physical in the streets actions as I felt I should. I prayed for understanding, for a sign of what I should do and this touched my heart especially in light of that.

Even bedridden, elderly, children, no matter what race, color, religion, ability/disability or location-none of us are useless. Our Mother Earth has a place and reason for each one of us and we all can pray, we all can find our own path to make a difference in whatever way we are able.

It is also to me a very good sign for our future that the elders are going to pray in public and ask for spiritual help.

While I have doubted how useful I could be in praying when I was unable to march-this feels to me like a turning point. The people are praying AND marching together, people of all nations are coming together in solidarity across many continents.

Calling Upon our Mother – A letter from Terrance Nelson to Chief Wallace Fox of the Onion Lake Cree Nation

Chief Fox,

Many people have no understanding of how strong a spiritual person you are. When the UN Special Rapporteur came to your community, he had tears rolling down his cheeks as he listened to the children of Onion Lake singing in Cree. At another time, I also witnessed the Onion Lake students singing and for me even though I have Sundanced and am Midewiwin it was still one of the most powerful spiritual ceremonies I have ever witnessed. I was told that the Special Rapporteur explained his tears. He said, that at the United Nations many indigenous people come there and cry about the problems they face. He felt overwhelmed by the pain of indigenous people. Hearing the children of Onion Lake singing as loud as their little voices could in their own language lifted his spirit so much, that here finally was a powerful sign that our people will not only survive but they will excel beyond expectations. It made him cry with joy.

For over a year now, Dakota Elder Albert Taylor has been asking me to use our power. He has been telling me that we need to lift the pipe. He kept saying, we need to ask for help. He says, “we still have power”. On Saturday January 19th 2013 at the RCMP Station on Portage Ave in Winnipeg, at noon Winnipeg time, the Elders will ask for spiritual help. Albert Taylor asked that my older brother Charles lift the pipe while Elder Taylor will sing.

Albert Taylor is 85 years old. He will sing the death song used by the 38 Dakotas who were hung in Mankato Minnesota in 1862.

In 1998, when others backed out of the trip to Iraq, my brother Charles accompanied me to Iraq. He did ceremony in the places where thousands of Iraqi children died. Taylor wants us to pray for the future generations, that they may have life from our Mother Earth. The elders want us to pray for forgiveness. We are destroying our planet. They are asking others to pray at the same time they lift the pipe in Winnipeg. They will do this ceremony at noon Saturday January 19th and Clyde Belcourt our AIM leader in Minneapolis will do the same thing at the very same time with people in Minneapolis. The Elders are asking all our people all over North America to join in and to pray at the exact same time. If other people around the world want to pray at that same time, it will be welcome.

I am not as spiritually strong as you or my brother or Elder Taylor but I know that we must ask for help. Some of our people are not happy with just protests and not doing enough about the environmental concerns. Our mother does not need us. Some of the white people do not understand. The Earth is not only alive, the earth is conscious, the Earth has been alive for millions of years and it has an intelligence far beyond our ability to comprehend.

Some of the whites in the media will make fun of us for the way we think but they cannot laugh at the environmental disasters to come. Global warming isn’t the most danger we face. If we do not listen to our elders, we too will be destroyed.

At the Treaty 1-11 Gathering in Brandon this summer, the spiritual fire got away and the wind picked it up almost burning down the gathering. People were running to their cars. In Winnipeg at the protest, a bald eagle flew over the legislature and the people who gathered at the Forks. Something is happening. Most eagles do not normally winter here.

When we were in Iraq video taping children dying in the hospital, children dying without medicines in severe pain, I was tearing up. It was too much. Looking into the eyes of children dying, stuck inside a body racked with pain and we could not help them. The feeling is something that I never want to feel again. I told my brother, God will punish us for this. By us, I meant the western nations. The United Nations released a study in December 1995 with the conclusion that 567,000 Iraqi children had died in the first five years of the economic sanctions. When Charlie lifts that pipe, he carries with him a lot of spiritual power if those children we saw dying in Iraq hear his prayer. I will burn my tobacco asking those children to carry our prayers to the Creator.

As Elder Taylor says, we still have power. Most people who have no understanding will dismiss this as something akin to the Ghost Dance. We know that we are still alive today because the Dakota Ghost Dancers prayed for us, now we must pray for the future generations. We must ask for forgiveness. Bishop Diego De Landa burned the entire libraries of the Mayans in 1562 saying:

We found a large number of books in these characters and, as they contained nothing in which were not to be seen as superstition and lies of the devil, we burned them all, which they (the Maya) regretted to an amazing degree, and which caused them much affliction.

We will blockade in Manitoba on Wednesday January 16th, three days from now. This will be the physical part of our overall protests. The Elders are asking for time to consider the spiritual side of our understanding. On Saturday January 19th, we gather to protest at the RCMP station in Winnipeg but for one hour from noon to one, our Elders will take over and remind us of the spiritual part of our people. Midewiwin women have been walking for years praying for the water, they walked across North America and around the Great Lakes but few know of their strength. The Midewiwin women will join the ceremony at noon, bringing their power to help and they will pray for the water. Many whites and some of our own people do not understand this and will be like Diego De Landa thinking that this is only superstition. As more people become victims of hurricanes and weather disasters, they may yet come to understand that our Mother is conscious and aware of us, even if some are not aware of her.

Another one to read and share widely-

I know the tide is turning against the greed-heads and destroyers but while reading this, I could feel it in my bones.

Colonization has always sought to remove the people from the land of their ancestors, to destroy that connection to the land, to culture, history and one another. Obviously, they want the resources in that land-but less obviously they have always known the power of the people who are part of the land is greater than any they can manufacture thru technology or their weird stilted rituals.

I just discovered this post while looking for a more recent one about Gaia-Sophia, but even tho it is from June 16.2012 there is much that is very relevant to the current period-with so many people going thru huge transitions, so much disturbing stuff in the news.

For many, many years, much has been written about the December 21, 2012, alignment of our Sun and the center of our Galaxy. But what most people don’t know is that the real Galactic Alignment – the one that matters most – occurs just a few minutes before midnight EDT on Saturday, June 16, 2012. This is when the Earth will make the Galactic Alignment.

The focus on the Sun’s Galactic Alignment has been a trick of darker forces that are in opposition to humanity and the Earth herself (other-dimensional entities the Gnostics called “Archons”). The Sun is indeed a Divine Being, but it stands in service to the Divine Aeon Sophia that is embodied as our planet. The story of Sophia, the goddess who fell from her home in the Galactic Center – is archived in the Nag Hammadi texts of the Gnostics, those who could “see.” Their name actually translates to “those who are aimed.” The Gnostics were aimed just as readers of this site are today – towards our home – the Galactic Center.

Everything changes today. Sophia is now fully awake from the blow she took when she was pulled from her home (to fully understand this, you must read the story). She is now in two-way communication with those of her kind and is setting up to return there. This is the reason the poles of the planet have been moving. She has been navigating into position where she could have optimal signal (like the way we get better cell – mobile for international readers – phone coverage in certain locations). She couldn’t phone home until she was 1) awake and 2) in position.

Now she can begin the process of returning home. This does not mean we are going to travel with her like the way we would physically travel across the ocean. She will do this in her mind because this is the true way to cross space and time. It all happens within her dreaming.

But it is certainly going to be a strange trip for us. And those who aren’t grounded (aligned) with the planet are going to lose their minds in one way or another. We’ve seen the progression of this as the planet herself has gradually awakened.

What this means for us is that enlightenment (wisdom) will begin to spread like wildfire and so will it’s opposite – endarkment (ignorance or insanity). The Earth’s alignment with her companions in the Galactic Center also means that the magic of creation is more readily available to us. The power to create (or destroy) is freely available. Edgar Allen Poe said “all that you see and seem is but a dream within a dream” and this will become more and more recognizable now. We must make sure we are dreaming a dream that is beautiful and supportive of our Mother Earth.

If you knew you were part of a rescue team to help a woman who woke up and didn’t know how to get home actually find her way home and the only way you could do it was to be the kindest soul you could be – one who found beauty and joy in the trees, animals, sky, elements, rocks, flowers, and humans around you – would you do it? What if you knew that conditions were in place to do everything to keep you from seeing those things and instead seeing ugliness, loneliness, ignorance, and cruelty? It would be a true task, but this is our only mission. Sophia designed to plan to include our participation. What we do affects what happens to her. We are the wild card.
