This is Brilliant! I thank you, Laura, with all my heart for posting this.It was my awareness of this that led to my complete loss of faith in several channelers and the opinions people were forming based on those channels-especially the idea that there is such a thing as a good war, a war lightworkers should support and cheer for.

War is never a Loving response and generally does not solve anything. This time it more than did not solve things or bring the Golden Age closer-it actually destroyed a piece of the Golden Age that had already been built by the hard work over decades of time by the Libyan people, giving back their country, their resources and their safety into the control of the corporations.

I hope that people will look at this system-at what was already achieved and created in the world we now live in-and see some wonderful elements of how we very much CAN bring about the Golden Age ourselves right away without waiting for any outside help or behind the scenes surprises.

(Excerpt) “Muammar Gaddafi inherited one of the poorest nations in Africa . However, by the time he was assassinated, Libya was unquestionably Africa ‘s most prosperous nation. Libya had the highest GDP per capita and life expectancy in Africa and less people lived below the poverty line than in the Netherlands . Libyans did not only enjoy free health care and free education, they also enjoyed free electricity and interest free loans. The price of petrol was around $0.14 per liter and 40 loaves of bread cost just $0.15. Consequently, the UN designated Libya the 53rd highest in the world in human development.”

Thank you to Earthling Opinion for sharing this beautiful post! This is long but SO worth reading. Open your mind and your heart and step into the Golden Age, leave behind false divisions, hatred and fear.

(excerpt from a conversation between 2 Israeli Soldiers from this post-THIS is what we all need in our hearts to make the Golden Age a reality RIGHT NOW!)

c. I will go with the pregnant woman and treat her as if she were the mother of my child. I will go with her to the hospital, show to her as much love as I can, and leave evidence on the Palestinians and people at the check point, that I will trust her as if she were my wife and that I will give my life for the Israeli people AND for the Palestinian people. I will ask the others to spread the word of my action that day in a bidirectional way (in Israel and the West Bank). Let the World know that we care about each other. If she was a suicide bomber it was a good day to die, but let them know what I did. If she was pregnant, the child will be not a whisper of violence but the shout of peace and I will become a contagious love soldier. I better know some Arabic for this solution, which is my favorite he said.

[An essay I wrote right after I visited Palestine and Israel.]

The Palesrael Bridge: One people, One planet, One future.

Palestine-Israel conflict. More than a problem, it is a great opportunity to keep walking on the path towards improving humanity and finally leaving our proto-intelligent stage.

The starting point to solve any problem is to recognize that the problem exists. Within this line of reasoning, in an attempt to bring tools to address the conflict and move forward towards a morally evolved humanity, we (the 21st century earthlings) have to admit that we still have colonialist behavior. This is the problem: colonialist imperialist expansion. Which nation is the main supporter of the Israel war? Just in the last year, supporting Israel in its physical and psychological war has cost American taxpayers nearly $3 billion USD (~$108 billion since 1948, these are the numbers available to the public, I take it as a lower…

I Honor and Bless all who are taking these actions, who are working so hard to call the attention of the world to these injustices and help to make them stop.

Please read and share this widely-people all over the world need to realize how we are being poisoned and killed for greed-it is not just the tar sands-this same exploitation and slow violence(and often fast violence to back it up!) are going on everywhere there are humans.
These activists are leading the way for all us to realize that We CAN stop it.

(excerpt below)

“Tar sands are being mined along the Athabasca River in Canada, in the heart of the boreal forest and one of the worlds most significant wetlands, just 70 miles away from North America’s largest freshwater river basin, a critical habitat for many species. Not only does this threaten delicate ecosystems but the homes and ancestral land, cultural heritage, and way of life of indigenous communities. The mining of carcinogenic bitumen is powered by gas obtained from hydraulic fracturing, a practice which can NOT be done safely and must be stopped at all costs. This is NOT a debate. We recognize that elected officials have failed to protect people, animals, and the earth from tar sands exploitation, which is the most ecologically destructive project on the planet. These officials have been supportive of the extraction industry carrying out these egregious acts, and they are responsible for this system of exploitation.

We stand in solidarity with the Unist’ot’en Camp, the Idle No More movement and Chief Theresa Spence who is now on the 36th day of a hunger strike. They have become catalysts for resistance to the destruction of the earth and struggle against the colonization of it’s inhabitants, a battle that indigenous communities have fought for over 500 years on this continent. We call out to all sentient beings to decolonize immediately.”

Our friends at the Tar Sands Blockade have been working with anarchist community organizers in Houston’s toxic East End. Many Latin@ communities are being disproportionately effected by industry, a blatant example of environmental racism and classism.  The small Latin@ neighborhood of Manchester is completely surrounded by industry and their only park sits in the shadow of a Valero refinery emitting known human carcinogens like benzene, ethylene, 1-3 butadiene, etc.  Through projects based on mutual aid and solidarity organizers aim to amplify the voices of people in the community.  They have faced endless police harassment and intimidation.

Gulf Coast activists Diane Wilson and Bob Lindsey engaged in a 46 day hunger strike to call attention to Valero’s involvement with TransCanada and their presence in the community of Manchester.  After ending their strike they made the following statement:

On November 29th, 2012 in protest of Valero’s involvement with the KXL pipeline we locked…

I reblogged this video from a friend’s blog and got a comment claiming it was propaganda-it looks like there is a VERY well funded effort to combat this truth telling video, which only adds to my suspicions about the mining company. Mining is NOT profitable, it is a very marginal business only functional if heavily subsidized by governments, as it most assuredly IS everywhere on Earth at this time. Where are they getting the money to throw around to make multiple websites supposedly debunking this? Thank you again to Earth First Newswire for always having so much useful stuff posted!

Augusta Resource Corporation and the Rosemont Copper Mine

Check out InvestigativeMEDIA’s 24-minute video below, which reveals the deceptive business tactics of Augusta Resource Corporation’s top business executives when they operated a gold mine in Sardinia, Italy between 2003 and 2007.

Augusta Resource owns the Rosemont Copper Company, which is seeking government permits to build a mile-wide, half-mile deep copper mine in the Santa Rita Mountains on the Coronado National Forest southeast of Tucson.

Six of Augusta’s current and former directors also served on the board of Sargold Resource Corporation. Sargold owned a gold mine near the small farming village of Furtei in southern Sardinia.

This is so much the way I have always seen myself-there is no “self” as a separate thing, we are all parts of a system and at least for me I *feel* the other parts not as separate but often as biologically connected. Seeking for why I felt awful and sick I have often discovered the problem was not in the body people would say is “me” but in the land around me-the most obvious being the garden needed water so everything was stressed-including me even tho I had to figure out the source!

DC_Expand_Ecological_SelfRather than viewing our self as a fixed thing with characteristics that can’t be changed, we can think of ourselves as a flow of becoming. This perspective invites a greater sense of possibility.

We participate in many flows of becoming, from our own life to the lives of our family, community, and world. Each flow can be thought of as a story that moves through the players in it. With our individual self, the plot revolves around our personal adventures, gains, and losses. With our family self, the narrative can be traced back through our ancestors and extends into future generations.

The term ecological self describes the wider sense of identity that arises when our self-interest includes the natural world. When we include the natural world, we are brought into a much larger story of who and what we are. Recognizing ourselves as…

This is beautiful!

Now let us move from the practical how to the theoretical why. It’s not only necessary to know how to go about loving your enemies, but also to go down into the question of why we should love our enemies. I think the first reason that we should love our enemies is this: that hate for hate only intensifies the existence of hate and evil in the universe. If I hit you and you hit me and I hit you back and you hit me back and go on, you see, that goes on ad infinitum. It just never ends. Somewhere somebody must have a little sense, and that’s the strong person. The strong person is the person who can cut off the chain of hate, the chain of evil. And that is the tragedy of hate, that it doesn’t cut it off. It only intensifies the existence of hate and evil in the universe. Somebody must have morality enough to cut it off and inject within the very structure of the universe that strong and powerful element of love.

egypt-woman-soldier-kissThere will come a time, in many instances, when the person who hates you most, the person who has misused you most, the person who has gossiped about you most, the person who has spread false rumors about you most, there will come a time when you will have an opportunity to defeat that person. It might be in terms of a recommendation for a job; it might be in terms of helping that person to make some move in life. That’s the time you must not do it. That is the meaning of love. In the final analysis, love is not this sentimental something that we talk about. It’s not merely an emotional something. Love is creative, understanding goodwill for all human beings. It is the refusal to defeat any individual. When you rise to the level of love, of…

Much thanks to debbymanynations for sharing this-how very amazing and interesting!

5) Sunlight May Convert To Metabolic Energy: If a novel hypothesis published in 2008 in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine is correct,[vi] a longstanding assumption that animals are incapable of utilizing light energy directly is now called into question. In other words, our skin may contain the equivalent of melanin “solar-panels,” and it may be possible to “ingest” energy, as plants do, directly from the Sun.

Add your thoughts here… (optional)I’m not sure why these would be mysterious considering how much Corexit was poured in, on top of all the oil-but then to people who don’t want to admit that drinking poison is harmful, I guess a LOT of stuff is mysterious….:-/

Mining is sick. If we cannot find a way to mine without poisoning the land. the water and the people then we need to find a way to LIVE without mining. period.

I do love the internet and making friends all over, but if I could give it up and take back all the illness and suffering that resulted from the mining and manufacture of the computers and connecting equipment I would do it in a minute.

If we don’t respect the Earth and the coming generations, what are we doing here?
