Thank you for sharing this Laura! Even after using herbs for decades I really appreciate this reminder and refresher on long infusions. We are immersed in so very much information that I have noticed quite useful things just get pushed out of awareness by all the incoming new things. For everyone new to herbs this is wonderful because she tells you everything you need to get started using herbal infusions safely.
