Stair steps again

I received this as an email “forward”, so I’m not sure how to attribute it but if I find out who created it I will edit this post to credit them.

I’ve always admired Denise le Fey’s ability to explain things so we can all understand certain complex concepts about the ongoing Shift and “ascension”.

Prior to reading her blog I was still sort of “on the fence” about the new age concept of “ascension”. I have been aware of and involved in the Shift or ending of one world age, birth of the new since I was a child.
To me the Shift is obvious like seasons, or lunar phases; not a woo-woo thing but a very natural process.
I had never heard of ascension except in Catholic church and school in regard to religious figures not as a mass effect.
But Denise le Fey’s discussions of the “stair steps” we are all going through as we evolve, grow, change and release the dross, “issues”and personal limitations, fears etc brought it in line for me as another natural process. The obvious personal manifestation of the larger process of Earth and societal changes.

This set of images inspired me to realize that this Shift/ascension and stair steps we are on are not a race but a journey.

We can make it the hobbits march to Mordor or the tourists trek to view autumn leaves or spring cherry blossoms.

All these steps would work as grueling exercise or as beautiful sight seeing depending on your perspective.

So I had to share these beautiful images and this little inspiration in case any of you might like it too.

Staircase at Lello Bookshop Portugal – This interesting grand staircase in Lello Bookshop in Portugal stands ominous and heavy. The steps are like two channels pouring and swirling to a single point. The side view gives you a closer idea of the immense curves and giddy sinking feeling to each step. 02. Stairs to the sea, Spain – This beautiful staircase is located on the island Gastelugache in Spain. This tiny island in the Bay of Biscay belongs to the municipality of Bermeo in the Basque Country. Staircase leads to the hermitage, which was built in the 10th century. Total staircase has 237 steps. It is best to visit these places in the fall or spring to enjoy the peace and beauty of the environment. In summer there is usually crowds. 03. Mountain in Belgium Buren Buren Mountain – not a real mountain, and the name of the stairs. It consists of 374 steps and is located in Liege. The staircase was built in 1881 to allow the soldiers to go down into the city center to the hill while avoiding dangerous ways. Stairs aristocrat named for the 15th century Vincent de Buren, who defended the city of Liege attack Duke of Burgundy. Almost ruined citadel near Mount Buren was formerly a stronghold to protect the city. When you climb to the top, you’ll be rewarded with spectacular views of the city and the river Maas. 04. Haiku Stairs in Hawaii – Haiku Stairs, also known as the stairway to heaven, is a steep hiking trail on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The trail starts as a wooden staircase leading to the cliff on the south side of the Valley of Haiku. The staircase was installed in 1942 to stretch the cable from one side to the other rocks. This was necessary in order to provide a continuous link to the naval station at an altitude of about 850 meters. In 2003, the staircase was restored at a cost of 875,000 dollars in the city. But due and outstanding issues of land use, the city and county of Honolulu, said that currently there is no plan to open the stairs for public use. \\\\ 05. Bridge over Traversinertobel – Bridge Traversinertobel staircase through one of the slopes of the Via Mala, is the latest structure of this type developed by engineer Dzhyurgom Konzettom and his partner Rolf Bahofnerom. They solved the problem of connecting two different heights of the gorge, creating a ladder. Staircase replaces a rope bridge for travelers, which was destroyed by a landslide. New pedestrian bridge covers a distance of 56 meters in height with a vertical drop of 22 meters between the two slopes. : 06. Chand Baori Well, India – Chand Baori structure located in a village near Jaipur Abaneri, India. The well was built in the year 800, his narrow 3500 steps in 13 floors extend to 30 meters underground. Rajasthan is extremely arid, because Shand Baori structure was designed to save as much water. At the bottom of the well remains in the air 6.5 degrees cooler than at the surface. This place was used as a resting place of local residents during heatwaves. 07. Universe Cascade Scotland – Cascade universe located on the hillside along the gardens of Dumfries in Scotland and consists of a series of steep steps. Large sites with viewing benches were installed on each flight. You can simply enjoy the beauty of nature, or relax while lifting. Staircase begins at the pond and leads to a beautiful pavilion upstairs. Although private gardens, they open to the public once a year. 08. Stairs Santorini in Greece – in 1715 island residents have built steep stairs on the steep hillside, so they could get from the sea to the summit and back. To help carry cargo and passengers from ships to the city, used donkeys. In 1930, the stairs were improved, and involved more donkeys. Finally, in 1979, was installed ropeway to automate the process – but the most interesting trip – still walk on a donkey. Zigzag stairs from the sea to the city paved with stone, and because of the many convolutions of the distance from one end to the other is 1300 meters. In total there are 657 10-cm steps and climb provides a very good workout on a sunny day. Santorini has a special place among the sights of Greece. 09. Stairs Awaji in Japan – Awaji Yumebutai (Ladder of Dreams) is a complex of buildings and other structures located on the island of Awaji in Japan. One set is 100-Awaji tier garden, consisting of 100 beds and stairs. The complex was built as a memorial to the Great Hanshin Earthquake (1995). Construction was carried out on the side of the mountain, which was half demolished in the early 90s. Its stones were used during the construction of artificial islands in the Bay of Osaka. 10. Tiger Turtle Stairs Germany – This sculpture is 21 meters tall and was named Tiger Turtle, it is located on a hillside in Duisburg, Germany. Steps meander along the frame of steel in a spiral manner, culminating in a dead loop. Visitors can climb the ladder in Duisburg, but not in the center of the loop that allows you to go full circle. 11. Potemkin Stairs in Odessa – Potemkin Stairs – a giant stairway in Odessa, Ukraine. Ladder consider formal entrance into the city from the sea, it is the most famous symbol of Odessa. It was originally known as the ladder Richelieu. The top step is 12.5 meters wide, and the lowest – 21.7 meters. Ladder height – 27 meters and the length – 142 meters, but because of different widths above and below creates the illusion of greater length. 12. Steel Sculpture Art Germany – is a wonderful peace of art designed by Olafur Eliasson. This beautiful merging of art and architecture is a 9 meter-high walk-double spiral of steel in the entrance of the KPMG ( a global accounting firm ) office building in Munich, Germany. The stair is called Umschreibung (Rewriting), and was completed in 2004. 13. Miraculous Staircase of USA – This is the miraculous staircase of Saint Joseph at Loretto Chapel in Santa Fé, New Mexico. U.S.A., which, after 134 years since it was built in 1878, still confounds architects, engineers, and master craftsmen in the physics of its construction and remains inexplicable in view of its baffling design considerations. The unusual helix shaped spiral staircase has two complete 360° turns, stands 20 feet high up to the choir loft and has no newel (center pole) to support it as most circular stairways have. Its entire weight rests solely on its base and against the choir loft – a mystery that defies all laws of gravity, it should have crashed to the floor the moment anyone stepped on it, and yet it is still in use daily for over a hundred years. The risers of the 33 steps are all of the same height. Made of an apparently extinct wood species, it was constructed with only square wooden pegs without glue or nails. At the time it was built, the stairway had no banisters. These were added 10 years later in 1888 by Phillip A. Hesch at the Sisters’ request. 14. Moses Bridge Netherlands – In the early 17th century Fort de Ruver was surrounded by a moat and was originally built without a bridge. But during a recent restoration program has necessitated the construction of the bridge. Out of respect to the original fort insular status Dutch company RO AD Architecten built ladder bridge Moses. Get the original “sunken” bridge literally merges with the water line. As a result, almost invisible bridge partially submerged pedestrian moat. Originally protective zone was flooded with water deep enough to impede the enemy advance, was still shallow enough to prevent effective use of boats. 15. Spiral Staircase China – Stairs height 91.5 meters installed along the mountainside in Tyayhan Linchzhou, China. It offers the thrill of climbing without any danger. Hike up the stairs does not require additional training and equipment. Here you will feel the full force of the wind, the birds will fly past, and steps will creak. It’s much more interesting than the rise in the elevator. However, due to issues of safety and health, you must agree to a number of conditions. Climbers must be under 60 years of age and must complete a form confirming that they have no problems with the heart or lungs. 16. Stairs in Austria Schlossberg – Graz main attraction – Schlossberg (Clock Tower). It stands proudly and is visible from all points in the city. Tourists and locals climb to the top to enjoy the incredible views of Graz and the surrounding area. Stairs Schlossberg is located at the far end Shlossbergplatts. An impressive staircase carved into the rock and leads to the top of the hill to the clock tower. 260 steps of stairs is not very difficult to climb, but anyone can use a lift. 17. The 16th Avenue Steps, San Francisco – At the corner of Moraga Street and 16th Avenue, in the Golden Gate Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, is the base of the most beautiful staircase in the entire city. A brightly-tiled panel caps the front of each of the staircase’s 163 steps, and as the stairs stretch up the hill toward 15th Avenue, the individual panels blend together to form a single massive mosaic. Stunning in its entirety, yet intricate and detailed enough to offer bountiful rewards when viewed up close, the 16th Avenue steps are a treasure shared by the people living in the Sunset District. 18. Steps in Canyon – This famous staircase in the Canyon is located near the waterfall Pailon del Diablo in Ecuador. Pailon del Diablo – quite a large waterfall in the distance just 30 minutes from the city of Banos in Ecuador. This is one of the most popular attractions in the area. I felt this way from birth. I cried when given ice cream as a baby and refused milk at school. I did notice that at my lowest points in life-when I was most reactive, depressed, low vibration overall-at those times I craved things like cheese, or meat. And at those times I was able to eat it.

I was raised by a no nonsense Native Mom tho so I do have to add that this is only one perspective. There are very spiritual people who have relationship with animals that includes eating them. This is an ancient cultural thing not so much a personal “choice” of a modern colonized thinker.

You don’t have a relationship with animals raised in factory farms or with animals you drive an hour to public land to hunt when you have no connection to or relationship with that land-you don’t contribute anything to that land or those animals. One sided taking is not relationship.

That said, I would think this article would likely hold true for anyone who was raised in modern colonized patriarchy and who then turns to a spiritual practice.

Not just meat but everything low vibration like toxics (cleaning chemicals, GMO’S), nastiness like people being mean or cruel, pollution etc it all seems to have a noticeable affect on people involved in intensive spiritual practice or growth work.

On the up side, going vegan helps heal the planet as well as our bodies while also avoiding harm to animals. It’s a win-win choice all around.

** if I have a pet chicken and it lays eggs I have been able to eat them which verifies for me at least what I was taught growing up about relationship and eating. They would be wasted if I didn’t eat them and I totally adored my chicken; -)

Ascension and Vegetarianism

Sooner or later, once a person is on the path of ascension long enough, they may become a vegetarian. This happens naturally, and the person may experience the following:

The person may not desire meat at all anymore. Since meat is a lower vibrational food, the body does not feel like it needs it anymore neither. When a person’s energy vibration increases throughout the process of ascension, they may instead find themselves craving higher vibrational foods such as fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts.

In addition, a person who is far enough along the path of ascension may also begin to experience digestive problems when consuming meat. They may feel nauseated, have heartburn or acid reflux, aching and pains in the stomach and intestines, diarrhea, etc.

A person who has proceeded far enough along the path of ascension eventually feels at one with not only humanity but with the entire animal kingdom and all of nature. Animals are loved and respected as intelligent beings and as their sisters and brothers. As a result of this, the person may experience emotional issues while consuming meat. For example, they may feel a strong wave of sadness or even be brought to tears while consuming meat. The thought of consuming a being that was once alive and then killed for consumption becomes difficult to bear. Compassion for the animal that is being consumed may also be experienced.

Eventually the whole concept of a reality system having been created in which humans and animals need to kill one another in order to survive may begin to bother a person who is far along the path of ascension. The whole system of violence and brutality of the 3rd dimension Earth becomes harder and harder to bare. Wanting to live in a place that is in a high enough dimension in which society does not kill others in order to survive may become a strong desire. This should come as no surprise, as it has been said that in the higher dimensions beings consume pure energy or light rather than food. Similar to this would be the 3rd dimension Earth equivalent of getting enough exposure to sunlight in order for the human body to contain enough Vitamin D.

Therefore, if you are on the path of ascension, and all of the sudden, you find yourself not desiring meat anymore, you now understand why. Our energy vibration is increasing, and we eventually do not need to consume the lower vibrational foods any longer. We begin to crave foods that are more in alignment with our increasing energy vibration.

Thoughts on The Petition

I am glad to see people questioning this even if only out of fear. I have no idea about address gathering or if Cobra and company are either knowingly or unknowingly working for the cabal or anyone else. Everyone I have read posting support for Cobra’s plans has been sincere and to my perspective caring and dedicated lightworkers.

But, my higher self has given me unmistakeable resistance to this poll, the Event, the earlier plan to overthrow the US govt and hang my President by Drake and friends and in fact every single instance of **giving my power and responsibility to others**.

Why do we who know ourselves to be creators, who recognize that we were born in this time and place in order to ascend-to fully incarnate our higher selves with all our power and ability into these human forms in order to heal the Earth and end tyranny-why would we choose then to go awol?

To dump our mission, to stay slaves or perpetual children by assigning OUR work to some mysterious group whether terrestrial seditionists or ET “Resistance”??

It is of course easier to allow others both the power and the work-all adolescents to some extent try to do this and our current stage of spiritual growth could well compare to adolescence-but it is a dead end is it not?

Why do we feel so helpless?

Why do we assign our power to create change to a proxy who may or may not truly represent our intentions?

I have spent over 4 decades fighting the cabal both directly and indirectly, on the physical and the other levels.

Why should I now concede my own quest and self determination to what could resemble Orwell’s Animal Farm where some Resistors are MORE EQUAL than others?

When we the people of Earth stop trying to duck our responsibility and give our power away to one master or another THEN we will no longer be slaves no matter what else is going on.

Read Starhawk’s book The Fifth Sacred Thing for a good illustration of what I am talking about. Or Neo in The Matrix for a more sensational illustration.

A small group concentrated collectively and made it rain in the Sahara at a specific place and time-what do you think we could do with a larger group? Or even a few fully ascended individuals?

You don’t have to vote or give away your power and personal agency to ANY group or individual whether governments, Resistance groups or guru leaders.

Wake up to who you really are and you will never fall for another hierarchy based hard sell demanding YOUR power and agency in return for “freeing” you from enslavement.

No one can free you but you.

And you really really CAN’T tear down the master’s house using the master’s tools; if you are enslaved by hierarchy and giving your power to others who “save you” “protect you from the terrorists” or “take out the cabal for you”, you are still enslaved by hierarchy and giving your power away.

Watch V for Vendetta too-V merely inspires the people. The people take back their power and act on their own-as we too must if we ever hope to be free.

EDIT- I made the following comment in response to a friend who said questioning the petition was negative, that we need to believe. I feel it goes with/continues my thoughts in this post so I am copying it below.

I believe.  I just believe in US not in more empty promises from people who whether they realize it or not are working to keep us helpless and enslaved.

Many days I can’t even wash or feed myself. Most days I spend 98% of the day unable to  get out of bed or stand for more than a few minutes.

 

If anyone would be overjoyed by seeing the changes take place instantly like in a movie or on tv-brought to us effortlessly by helpful angels, aliens or elves- it would be me.

I consistently deeply feel others suffering and work to alleviate all of it that I can but I can’t ignore my higher self, my intuition or my common sense and observations.

When people are being led on into distractions designed to prevent the very changes they so deeply desire, how can anyone with integrity stay silent? 

**WE**are the golden age, the return of Christ and the answer to a thousand years of human prayers.

That is what lightworker means if it means anything at all.

We are the kindling that lights the fire of humanity’s collective spirit!

We ascend thru our own work on ourselves and each light that flares in the darkness sparks more to ignite.

 It is very like a nuclear reaction-once you get fission in a few particles it spreads as the first few trigger/ignite the next and on out wave after wave.

The more of us light up (ascend, attain a certain level of enlightenment) the FASTER the process will go.

The more of us neglect our inner work to chase pretty lights and distractions designed to keep us off course, the slower the process goes.

Telling my gut level truth is not being negative,  its being positive that we CAN do it. 

WE CAN.  

Not some mysterious saviors that swoop in as ‘deux ex machina’ to save the day, but us, humanity, lightworkers,  starseeds-everyone. 

I have no idea how I can do it useless as I now appear to be, but I know I will. 

I feel the truth like a flame inside me that cannot be extinguished. 

I know we can and we are.

 

Even tho I still get frustrated at what I perceive as my own snail like slow progress, I know now what we are doing.

The key is not to get the golden age so we can enjoy it- the key is for us to enjoy it now. 

To fall in love with our lives-faults, flaws, suffering and all; to fall in love with the Earth, our fellow humans and all of nature, every living being.

To light ourselves up with love and gratitude that will flow out from us,  wave after wave like fission only not dirty or dangerous:-)

I know its hard-its hard for me too but I know I/we can ask for help and get it every moment.  

We are the pillars of light Blossom was promised.  We are the Resistance. We are the golden age-in seed form.

Its time to turn our energy inwards, reach our roots deep into Mother Gaia-Sophia and SPROUT!;-)

Who Is Running You/Your Sacred Temple?

Thank you, Denise. Even tho I had read and reblogged Lisa Renee’s article, I had not fully processed or understood all of it yet. I am so grateful for your ability to sift thru energies and information and bring it into clear focus in words for the rest of us. Thank you both for the work you do helping make this process of ascension so much more accessible and faster tha n it might be.

BeWise on Ascension, a comment that touched my heart

I do not know if it is poor manners to copy and post this, if so I apologize! But this touched my heart and blew open my mind as nothing I have ever read online has done, so I feel compelled to share it in case it does the same for others. I do not know if BeWise has a blog, but if so I will link to it as soon as I discover it.

What he has written here, is much of what I was taught growing up as well. Reading this felt like having layers of muck cleared off the screen of my mind all at once.

Hello again Sue and ohnwentsya. For me the idea of ascension seems to be another duality. They way its presented as a choice, for those choosing the downward spiral while those choosing the upward spiral, those choosing constructive patterns while others choose destructive patterns, those staying in 3d, or moving to 4d, then to 5d, it is still a duality, a hierarchy. And with the indigenous upbringing, duality, hierarchy is just an illusion. We are all one, no matter what dimension you dwell in, and the value of an ant, or a tree, grass, plant, the air we breath all have the same value. Also, in my indigenous upbringing I was never taught to use the term divine, because this world itself implies hierarchy, duality, and separation. In order for something to be divine, something else has to be undivine basically separate. I was taught that ALL THAT IS, is ABSOLUTE. Why do we have to choose dark or light, when these both are illusions as well. The question is, and bear with me, is choice an illusion? I understand the we all accepted to incarnate into this grand experiment and that we decided we all wanted to evolve spiritually and consciously.

The way you present it Sue, saying you will receive your light body or crystalline body but I have been taught that we are all light bodies already. Also you say that by helping others it can diminish their experience but I have been taught that by helping others you are helping yourself. It does not matter what choice you made, what matters is the experience because we are all truly experiencing the same thing in our own unique ways. A great example is the life of Buddha, he ascended, but he also understood that the real work is done by helping others. He himself said that by ascending this 3d reality is really a selfish act. The life of Buddha also started with a selfish act when he left his wife and new born, saying they held him back.

When I had my first child, I knew that this would allow me to grow spiritually because I no longer lived for myself, but lived for someone else. My life was no longer my own and I accepted this because it made me understand that we all must learn to be selfless, compassionate, empathetic, patient, and to love unconditionally. The offspring of your own essence allows this, which is why source allowed us to separate and enter the grand experiment.

Now dont get me wrong, and I mean this with all due respect, with love and gratitude. I understand a lot of what you are saying, and except it as a truth but the ascension you speak of still seems to imply separation. For me the goal is community, the full circle, the unity, and we have yet to experience this in the 3d realm. This is why I feel that before anyone can ascend this realm, we must learn to experience unity in this 3d realm, because we all came from unity, source of ALL THAT IS, and the goal is to recreate it in the here an now, together in unity, not separately. This is why the entire cosmos is watching with anticipation seeing if we can recreate the unity where we all came from. And yes it does take much inner work, but it also takes outer work as well. The balance that must be achieved, and yes we change our inner self we also change the outer experience. But this must be done collectively and not individually. I guess the difference is, you see this with an individual perspective and I see it as a whole. Yes I am an individual but I am part of a greater community. What I do affects the entire community, the community being the entire human race and every living thing on mother earth, as well as all living things in ALL THAT IS.

This unity I guess is what is holding me back from accepting the idea of ascending into the 5d realm. In my mind and heart, the darks only task was to create separation, and it has done it well because this new age talk of 5d still implies separation, which is the goal of the dark. What I am trying to say is that if there is a choice to be made, then that choice is either separation or unity. Its not whether you choose to ascend into the 5d or choose to say in the 3d but whether you choose to separate from ALL THAT IS and ascend into the understanding that everything is ALL THAT IS and you unite with it. If we have free will then this is the choice we all have to make.

Believe me, I want to accept the idea of ascending into a 5d realm but my heart and inner self just will not allow me to accept it. It tells me its the easy way out and it tells me that it just does not exist because the true existence is in the here and now. It is just like the saying, yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that is why they call it the present.

All infinite possible realities are converging at this point of the here and now. Also the idea of 5d was never taught to me by my elders, what they taught was that the coming age and era of the 5th sun. Now they never implied that we would ascend into a 5th dimension, but said we are currently living in the era of the 4th sun. The 5th sun is one where humanity will unite in love and compassion and create the new earth now, in the present.

The elders would say, this is the reason we are all here at this very moment, and is the reason why billions of souls incarnated in the here and now. This is why I do not understand the concept of ascending into the 5d realm. Why would ALL THAT IS allow billions of souls to incarnate for only a few thousand maybe million to ascend into the 5d realm. This just does not seem like the work of ALL THAT IS.

Ascension for me, is the unification of humanity and all living things on mother earth and the cosmos of ALL THAT IS. This is what ascension is to me, according to my perspective. Just look at the current state of the world, there is no unity, meaning there is no love. Love is unity and this is why I would rather say In Love and Unity than Love and Light. How can I ascend into the 5d realm when there is much more work to do in order to create and united humanity. Like I said, ascending into the 5d realm, according to my heart and inner self, is the easy path, because it teaches you to focus just on yourself and not the collective whole of humanity.

What is your choice Sue, separation or unity? You decide.

Principles of Personal Transformation

Profound personal transformation is initiated by the realization that you are capable of direct access to the Divine. This is the realization that the wisdom of the Divine can be discovered deep within you. There is a wide range of means that can facilitate self-mastery through personal transformation. Though the means may vary, the intent behind the means is quite narrowly defined as the intent to expand into a state of integration whereby all aspects of your conscious self become increasingly aligned with your divine essence.

There are three particular life principles that help to align your perspective with the perspective of divine essence and thus inspire profound personal transformation. They are: 1) seeing the Divine in all; 2) nurturance of life; and 3) gratitude. When you apply these principles, a deeper meaning will be revealed to the seemingly random events of your life experience.

Seeing the Divine in All

This is the principle that the Divine is present and can be seen everywhere and in all manifestations of life. It is interwoven in all things like an intricate mosaic whose pieces adhere to the same wall, and are thus unified. However, it is not the picture that unifies the mosaic, but the wall upon which its pieces adhere. Similarly, the Divine paints a picture so diverse and seemingly unrelated that there appears to be no unification. Yet it is not the outward manifestations that unify. It is the inward center of divine energy that unifies all life.

Seeing the Divine in all is the principle that all manifestations of life convey an expression of All That Is. It does not matter how far the unifying energy has been distorted; the Divine can be observed. It is the action of perceiving unification even when the outward manifestations appear random, distorted, or chaotic. The principle of seeing the Divine in all is the perception that life is perfect in its expression because it flows from perfection, and that no matter how divergent its manifestations are, all life is an extension of the Divine.

In light of the obvious turmoil and destruction that are apparent on Earth, this is an outlook or perception that may seem naive. How can life in all its forms and expressions be perceived as optimal or perfect? This is the great paradox of life, and it cannot be reconciled with your mental or emotional capabilities. It can only be understood in the context of the soul, which is deathless, timeless, and limitless.

Calling forth the divine perceptions of the soul is actualized through looking for both the inward and outward manifestations of the Divine. It is not only that the Divine is found within you and within every individual manifestation of life; it is also in itself the wholeness of all life. Thus, this principle of transformation calls for seeing the Divine in all its diverse forms of manifestation, as well as in the wholeness of life itself.

Nurturance of Life

Life, in this definition, is an individual’s sovereign reality. It is subjective and impressionable. Life is the wholeness of experience flowing past the individual’s field of perception in the present moment. Nurturance of life is the principle whereby an individual is in alignment with the natural expansion of intelligence inherent within all life. This alignment enhances the life energy that flows past the individual with the clear intent of gentle support. It is the action of opening to the highest motive in all people and in all life and supporting the flow of this highest intention towards its ultimate expression. In so doing, the action is performed without judgment, analysis, or attachment to outcome. It involves simply nurturing the highest energy that flows from all people and thus supporting the fullest expression of their deepest essence.

This is a departure from the normal perception that nurturing support can only be granted when others are in alignment with your personal will and desires. When, instead, you view everything in your life as an integrated energy flowing as an expression of ever-expanding divine intelligence, all life is honored as an extension of the Divine. All people and all forms of life can be nurtured and supported to their highest expression.

Energy is an element of life that is so subtly interwoven with form that it is one, in much the same manner as space and time are inextricably linked in union. Life energy is always in a state of becoming. It is never static or regressive in its natural state. You are very capable of nurturing this natural expansion of energy to forge new channels of expression and experience.

There are many specific actions that can be taken to nurture life. Each soul can transform energy through a wide variety of means. Working through your body, your soul is able to collect and store energy and redirect its purpose or application. This transformation of energy can occur on both personal and universal levels of expression. That is, within an individual’s field of awareness at any time, energy can be transformed to conform more to a vision of personal welfare or aligned with a vision of universal welfare and goodwill.

One of the best methods to transform energy is through one’s belief system. All beliefs have energy systems that act like birthing chambers for the manifestation of your perceived reality. Within these energy systems are currents that direct life experience. Your soul is aware of these currents either consciously or unconsciously and allows them to carry you into realms of experience that engage your core belief system. By consciously cultivating beliefs that expand and transform energy, you are more able to explore energy systems that are nurturing to life in all its myriad forms. When beliefs are clearly defined as intentions, your life energy engages fully in the present moment. Clarity of intention is essential to engaging the energy system of your core beliefs, and to allowing the nurturance of life to prevail in all activities.

Gratitude

If you are aware – or at least interested in having the awareness – of how perfectly the Divine supports your sovereign reality, there is a powerful and natural sense of gratitude that flows from you to the Divine. It is this wellspring of gratitude that opens the channel of support from the Divine to the individual and establishes a collaboration of purpose to transform the individual soul into a pure expression of divine essence. It is principally gratitude that opens you to connection and alignment with your divine essence.

When you project gratitude, regardless of circumstance or condition, life becomes increasingly supportive. This feeling of gratitude coupled with the mental concept of appreciation is expressed like an invisible message in all directions and at all times. Gratitude is an essential facet of love that opens you to redefine your purpose as a supportive extension of the Divine, rather than the whimsical outreach of fate or the exacting reaction of a mechanical, detached universe. Establishing a relationship with the universe through the outflow of gratitude also attracts life experience that is deeply transformative – experience that is richly devoted to uncovering life’s deepest meaning and most formative purpose.

When you choose to align with divine essence and to live from this perspective as part of an ever-unfolding reality, you attract a natural state of harmony. This does not mean that your life is without problems or discomforts; rather it signifies a perception that there is an integral purpose in what life reveals. Life experience becomes meaningful to the extent that you choose to live in natural harmony with divine essence. When your personal reality flows in alignment with divine essence, you create lasting joy and inner peace.

It is the perspective of divine essence that all life is pure love in its fullest expression, and that in this single concept, all life is conceived and forever exists. This becomes the core belief from which all other beliefs arise. And as these beliefs expand outward, this core belief system emerges with a clear intent of supporting a fundamental perspective of seeing, nurturing, and appreciating the universe as the divine cradle from which all life is created and evolves.

These life principles are merely symbols represented in words and served to you as a potential recipe to stir awake the embers of light that tirelessly burn within. There are no specific techniques or rituals that are required to invoke their power. They are simply perspectives. In a real sense, they are intentions that attract experience that expands consciousness. They do not provide quick fixes or instant realizations. They are amplifiers of personal will and intention that clarify how one lives. Their profound transformative power is contained exclusively in the intent of their application.

Through these principles of transformation, you can become a master of empowering your deeper self. When you apply these principles with clear intent, you have the tools to accelerate the emergence of divine essence. You can awaken the perspective, insights, and empowered abilities of your divine essence to create new realms of possibility and shape them as learning adventures that expand and transform your consciousness. This is the underlying purpose of these principles, and perhaps the best reason to explore them.

We greet you again on this fine morning, and we want you all to feel that even if your circumstances might in some ways be described as less than ”fine” at the moment, we want you to know that underneath this layer of third dimensional woe and despair, things are certainly starting to pick up. Creating Abundance Through The Heart Chakra

There are thousands of books on abundance ~ most of them  focusing solely on material wealth. There is nothing wrong with material wealth, in fact, money is one of the things we are suppose to master here on Earth. It is part of the program and we currently need money in order for us to survive. However, our insatiable egoic desire for money, possesions and titles oftentimes overshadows our soul’s desire for spiritual abundance.

For the most part, many of us have forgotten true abundance comes from the heart chakra.

The greater expansion of our heart flame, the greater expansion of our auric field. It is a matter of vibration and our auric field draws to us whatever is in it. If it is filled with judgment, criticism, doubt and fear it will bring more of that into our lives.

Our heart chakra amplifies whatever we put into it ~ sending waves from the center of our being out into the universal field. When these waves are fear filled our energy fields contract and we are not able to vibrationally attract goodness into our lives. As fear, negative thoughts and distorted emotional energies leave our space the more expanded our energy fields become ~ expanding our world of manifestation.

The heart chakra attracts spiritual abundance, not egoic abundance. Spiritual abundance will bring us what is for our highest good and what is in alignment with our soul’s purpose. Egoic abundance will bring difficulties, stress, anxiety, over-work, poor health, elitism and yes… sometimes a lot of money. However, egoic abundance will never bring happiness and soul satisfaction. It stays hungry and in a vicious cycle of re-creation ~ more, more, more.

So if we want to bring our highest good into our lives we need to spend time in meditation expanding our heart. When we expand our heart, we expand our consciousness deepening our connection to our Soul and our God self.  When we live from the vertical alignment of our being we are always on the right path creating our needs in divine alignment, joy and happiness.

Introduction/Part 1 Drake, Militias, MLK and Ascension

I generally post things I find interesting or useful from friends and other blogs, but I’ve had a conversation recently in a chat group that I feel addresses something the wider community needs to be aware of.

I do not channel, am not even sure I completely understand channeling. Nor am I privy to insiders, spies, collaborators or other fascinating beings of the inner workings of our power and control based world domination systems.

I’m just a scholar confined primarily to a bed with a head full of stuff and time to think about it, and read more stuff; and a spiritual seeker who has spent a lifetime of work to discover and understand “reality”. (Robert Anton Wilson once said that word should ALWAYS be in quotes and I do believe I agree;-)

What I write comes from a combination of my own connection to my “higher self”, to the awen, Universe, Creator and whatever your favorite label is for spiritual and gut instinct understanding and my own extensive schooling, research, reading and and perception.

I have spent many years working on the ideas presented in Robert Anton Wilson’s Prometheus Rising in order to escape the box society builds us into as we grow up. Like fish and water, most never even become aware that they are in a box.

Worldview creates reality so giving someone else the right to create your reality seems a bit lazy doesn’t it? and dangerous really.

What if someone creates your reality, programs you with the reality as per your society that killing people in another country while in the military is helpful and good. It “protects” those you love.

So you do it.

Then you find out, they were innocent and you were killing them to help some corporations make more money, to help some corrupt folks stay in power, or some other equally ridiculous “reason”.

So how would you feel about that? Perhaps you could ask one of the many many soldiers stuck in mental institutions, or the private hell of ptsd at home after honorably serving their countries in imperialist wars of aggression against the innocent.

I’ve known and loved quite a few of them, and from my observations they did not feel really good about it at all. Most felt so bad about it that they are no longer alive.

As you might guess this influenced my opinion.

With weapons, killing is fairly easy to do-as many Americans are quite happy to tell you. My own grandma sent me an email the other day mocking me and others who believe in nonviolence, and attempting to crow in a humorous fashion about how cool people who carry guns out of fear and shoot people in the street are.

As you can likely tell, I don’t agree. Killing is easy indeed, too easy. But it leaves a scar on the soul of the killer. The blood that won’t wash off, from Macbeth; the beating of the tell tale heart, are not just metaphors for criminal guilt.

They are literary devices to show that scar, that energy and spirit weeping wound in the soul, that no amount of cultural conditioning or bravado can hide or heal.

What has that got to with Drake, you are asking? Quite a bit, but I speak and write like an asperger druid, in lengthy spirals, that if you can follow, may lead you a new understanding, not just a new piece of information. Many can’t or have no interest in following, and that is why this blog is primarily reprints;-)

The location of the conversation about Drake’s post is a chat group based on spiritual growth, co-creating “a world that works for everyone”/fixing what is wrong with our planet, and the theory/process of “ascension”.

Obviously since worldview creates reality, many of us live in quite different worlds from each other even tho we appear to live in the same world.

This conversation as I see it, is about what kind of world you want to live in.

Ascension is a process, said to be related to our crossing the Galactic equator per the Mayan prophecies at the end of this year. It is said to be a physical and spiritual process, but beyond that opinions differ pretty wildly.

Before I started reading some blogs several years ago, I had never heard the word ascension except in the bible, and so had no opinion at all. Now I find it, if nothing else, a handy tool for looking at the changes we need to make as a society, as a planet and as individuals in order to improve our world, fix the things that are wildly wrong, and manage to survive as species.

I don’t like to create a new box to replace the one I escaped and cling tightly to its walls for protection. I am usually pretty comfortable accepting uncertainty. I don’t know for sure what will happen, how it will happen or how long it will take.

I don’t need someone to predict, or reassure me. What I believe is that everything is alive, awake and aware. EVERYTHING.

From the muons that last milliseconds at fermilab, to the Universe itself and everything in between. Humans are no smarter, or better or more special than anything else.

What humans are tho, are creatures that think, speak, write and analyze as well as act. Because those things are part of what humans do and are, many of us feel that we can use these things to improve humanity, ourselves, our lives and our planet instead of destroying it, one another and every living thing we get near.

The trick comes in that there appear to be as many opinions of how to do that as there are humans.

And this, finally, brings us to Drake. Drake, if you haven’t heard of him, is a man who has been making announcements about a formerly secret (but now splattered all over the internet) plan to take out the folks otherwise known as the cabal, the illuminati, the new world order or just the bad guys who have been running our planet thru subterfuge, wealth, corruption and general nastiness. (and shape shifting lizards in some worldviews but I’m not going there;-)

In the world view this plan is part of, the world is a real dog eat dog place. Violence is just a necessary part of life. If bad guys are running the place you have to use their methods(tear down the master’s house using the master’s tools ala Audre Lourde) and bring parts of the military, federal marshals and some militias with guns and arrest them.

Before I get into how my worldview differs I would like to point out that even in the worldview where violence is necessary, announcing your military intentions toward people with superior firepower and control of governing structures is generally NOT considered a great battle tactic.

I assume that the endless rambling in public forums and internet radio shows must be some sort of feint or diversion, unless it is plain old disinformation.

I am treating it as genuine and sincere since I am a big fan of NVC(non violent communication).
