Thank you Cindy! This gorgeous little journey is just what the Dr ordered for so many of us drowning in stress from ordinary life and the news!
So step outside.
The path beckons,
leading you into the forest.
Inhale the clean mountain air.
Dip your toes into the cool, clear springs.
The air is perfumed with the scent of wild mountain roses,
and you pick some to bring back home, just a few, leaving most.
Wild artichoke are blooming everywhere.
If you were stressed when you arrived,
as you leave your heart is filled with nature’s peace.
Cheers to you from Mt. Palomar State Park~

I wish people would spend more time in nature. If they did they would feel better and become intense conservations too! Hugz and thank you my friend~

Definitely! Of all the losses related to being ill/mostly stuck in this bed I mourn my time out in nature the most. I will never give up trying to become healthy enough to return to that lifestyle! For everyone who can get out, I hope they do-as often as possible!
